Rachael asked her good friend, OG "Queer Eye" style guru Carson Kressley, into the studio to make a few "closet calls," including one for Carla, who had quite the conundrum on her hands: a closet made up almost exclusively of button-down shirts.

"When I go to work, I look really great," says Carla, clearly the queen of what Carson calls the "style uniform," "but when I go out on the town, I look boring."

Thankfully, Carson had no problem breaking her out of her style rut.
