John shares a spiced-up, gin-based Tso Tini cocktail inspired by Rach's General Tso's Chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounce gin
  • ¾ ounce Aperol
  • ½ ounce blood orange or regular orange juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 bar spoon or about 1 teaspoon ground Sichuan peppercorns

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
