Rach is making these souped-up burgers topped with cheese and a sriracha special sauce for the Super Bowl, but says they're delicious any day of the year. You can make them with ground beef or meat-free patties. She recommends serving them with extra-crispy fries or onion rings, such as Ore-Ida's.

For the sauce, combine ingredients in small bowl.
Preheat large non-stick griddle or pan or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
For the patties, combine beef with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire and form four 6-ounce patties. Spray pan and cook 7 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Top each with 2 slices of cheese.
Build burgers: bun bottom, pickles to cover evenly, cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, onion, special sauce and bun top.
