"Basically, this is a michelada, which is a typical Mexican cocktail," says John. "It's sort of like a bloody Mary with beer, but I'm going to add pickle juice to this and I'm calling it a pickle me up!" (Cue Rach laughing.) He made it to go with her Texas Shepherd's Pie. She describes the colorful drink as bright, salty and not too spicy. In John's words, "It's pickle-icious!" Round out the meal with Michael Schlow's Bananas Foster
