This simple recipe for peanut butter bread is originally from the 1930s, but the no-yeast bread is the latest quarantine baking trend thanks to Reddit.
If you are a peanut butter fan like I am, this one's for you! This easy-to-make bread is light, fluffy and so delicious. Whether you like creamy or chunky peanut butter — either one works great — you'll be so pleased with how fast this all comes together.

Pro Tip #1: You don't want to overmix the dough for two reasons. First, if overmixed, peanut butter can separate and become very oily. Secondly, you want your bread to be light and fluffy. Overmixing will make it stiff and tough.
Pro Tip #2: For best results, let cool for 2 hours after baking.
Janette's Substitution Suggestions:
Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in brown sugar, making sure there aren't any little lumps.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and peanut butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Be sure not to overmix the dough!
Once mixed, scrape into a gently greased medium sized loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
