Party and lifestyle expert Mary Giuliani's alcohol-free punch, which she serves at her holiday movie party, is perfect for kids or anyone who isn't drinking. (There's an option to add your favorite spirit, though.) But it's more than just a refreshing beverage made with sparkling water—it's also a centerpiece and entertainment! Floating in the punch bowl is a pretty ring of frozen white cranberry juice (formed in a bundt pan—how clever!), mint leaves and a single cranberry or raspberry. The ring not only looks great, it helps keep the punch cold and flavors it (plain ice dilutes the flavor). And here's another fun part, and the reason for the name of the punch: The cranberry or raspberry is "Rudolph's nose." It eventually floats free from the melting ring, and whoever gets it in their glass, wins!
PS: SodaStream turns plain water into fresh sparkling water in seconds at the push of a button. And did you know that you can adjust the amount of fizz on a SodaStream? Yep. Just push down firmly on the carbonating button for about 2 seconds, release, and repeat—3 times for light fizz, 5 times for strong fizz and more for extra-strong fizz.

Pour the white cranberry juice into a bundt pan. Scatter the mint leaves over the top, then add the cranberry or raspberry (Rudolph's nose) and freeze.
When the mixture is frozen, transfer it to a punch bowl. Add the raspberry mint syrup and cherry flavor to the bottle of sparkling water, then pour the flavored sparkling water over the frozen juice ring. Add your favorite spirit (if using). The guest that gets Rudolph's nose (the cranberry or raspberry) in their cup, wins!
