Former staffer Grant Melton uses coconut milk + almond milk ice cubes for his refreshing twist on iced coffee.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coffee, cooled
  • 1 12-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 14-ounce can coconut milk
  • Almond milk ice cubes, for serving
  • Basil, for serving

Preparation

Pour the coffee, condensed milk and coconut milk into a large pitcher. Using a whisk, stir until the condensed milk dissolves.

Fill your glass to the top with almond milk ice cubes. Pour the coconut coffee over top and serve garnished with a fresh sprig of basil.
