Co-workers Steve Jaeckle and Anna Ganser—a.k.a. "The Cubical Cookers"—have been sharing a cubicle in their Milwaukee, Wisconsin office for the past two years and recently started making fun and tasty lunches right at their desk. After sharing some of the recipes on TikTok (@thecubicalcooks), they went viral!
One of their favorites is this taco creation, which has gotten more than three million views and is made using an air fryer. (Yes, they have a mini air fryer at their desk!) They serve seasoned cooked ground turkey (you can also use beef) with melted cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream in individual bags of tortilla chips—hence the name, walking taco.

Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.
Air-fry the ground turkey until fully cooked, about 20 minutes, breaking up the meat about halfway through.
Mix taco seasoning into the cooked turkey. Top with cheese and air-fry until melted, a few minutes more.
Cut open each bag of chips sideways to create a bowl. Top the chips with the turkey and cheese mixture, add your toppings of choice and serve in the bags with forks.
