Mix up a batch of Chef Emeril Lagasse's signature seasoning and keep it on hand to give just about any savory dish a "kicked-up" flavor. He uses it in his Turkey Roulade with Andouille-Cornbread Stuffing and Kicked Up Blue Cheese-Stuffed Hamburgers.
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
