Dessert mastermind Grant Melton has three all-new mouthwatering creations made with (hold onto your spoons for this one!) pudding mix!

A packet of pudding can do more than just become... well, pudding.

Don’t believe us?

Here’s the PROOF.

Fake-Out Creme Brulee

Rachael Ray Show

Normally creme brulee takes a while to make. But now, when you want that sweet creamy, crunchy treat, you can have it in a snap! All you have to do is mix a few ingredients in with the pudding mix, chill it in the fridge, cover with sugar and then fire that sugar up with a kitchen torch.

“It tastes just like creme brulee!” says Grant. “And you can use any flavor of pudding like chocolate, butterscotch or lemon!”

Lemon-Poppy Pudding Cupcakes

Rachael Ray Show

Pucker up! Grant adds pudding mix to this lemon cake recipe because it makes the cake super moist and dense so it can stand up to any filling you put inside. Choose any flavor jam you want, or make ‘em extra lemony by filling those cakes up with a cool, creamy lemon curd.

Buttermilk Banana Pudding Cups

Rachael Ray Show

A little thick. A little tangy. A lot of dreamy! It’s a great dessert for the warmer months because it’s no-bake and SO easy to make. To the pudding mix just stir in milk and buttermilk.

Yep, that’s all!

Now for the building -- get some chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies (or both, why not?!) and crush a couple down in the bottom of a mini lidded mason jar. Top with pudding, bananas and repeat! Finish ‘em off with whipped cream and a sprinkling of peanuts.
