Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temp
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 4 teaspoons Maldon sea salt
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Strawberries, pretzels and/or vanilla wafers

Yield

Serves: 8-10

Preparation

In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese and sugar. Add the peanut butter then fold in the chocolate chip, sea salt and whipped cream.
 
Serve with berries, pretzels and cookies alongside for dipping.
