So you slept in a little too late and your turkey is still frozen. Run it under cold water until it thaws, and then you're going to have to cut the turkey apart (see how Carla Hall does it in the video above). For every one pound, the turkey takes 15 minutes to cook, so by cutting it down, it'll cook much faster. Be sure to generously salt the pieces of turkey, and rub softened butter under the skin for extra flavor!
