Rachael’s delicious brisket is slow cooked for four hours in an apple cider and herb bath, then served with a delicious gravy made with the drippings. Yum!
Tip: This doesn’t have to be served as a sit-down meal. Rach serves it with rolls and cheese to make sandwiches when she entertains.

Rach brines her brisket for 1-2 days to pack in as much flavor as possible. Then she slow cooks her meat with a ton of sliced onions, thyme and garlic in a dutch oven.
