In a separate skillet, we cook hearty potatoes, crispy apples, leeks and thyme until they’re tender. Sounds amazing, right? That’s because it is.
Not only is the Potato Cake with Onions beautifully presented, it’s mouth-wateringly amazing. Thinly sliced Yukon potatoes are stacked and smothered in clarified butter, seasoned with ground mace and laced with sweet onions.
