Ingredients

For the rub:
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
For the ribs:
  • Racks of ribs

Yield

Serves: About 15 to 17 slabs

Preparation

 

 

Mix all ingredients together. Allow meat to come to room temperature. Rub mixture all over ribs and cover with tin foil. Place ribs in a 325 oven for about 4 - 6 hours. About 1 hour before you are ready to eat, check the ribs and remove the foil.
