Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce package Oreo cookies
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

Serves: about 20 truffles

Preparation

Crush 9 cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor; reserve for later use.

Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix until well-blended. Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.

Roll cookie mixture into small balls and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate again for another hour or until firm.
