Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, diced
  • Almost-empty jar of orange marmalade
  • 1 cup warm water or chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Add shallots, contents from the bottom of orange marmalade jar and warm water or chicken stock to a small saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until reduced to a glaze. Serve over seared duck breasts or chicken.
