Well, here's something we didn't expect to learn today!

Like Americans, the English love their Epsom salt baths -- but, says “The Doctors” star Dr. Travis Stork, they like it with a secret ingredient: mustard.

Dried mustard has anti-inflammatory properties, so according to the English, when you add it to an Epsom salt bath, your aching muscles can have an ever greater sense of relief.

The Brits even claim the bath can pull out toxins! (Though, Dr. Travis himself isn't so sure about that.)

"I don't have a bathtub — can I take a mustard shower?" Rachael jokes.

(She's a kidder, that Rach!)

If you want to make your own mustard bath at home, all you have to do is mix 2 cups of Epsom salts, 1/4 cup baking soda and 1/4 cup dry mustard in a jar.

After a workout, Dr. Travis says to throw the mix into a warm bath, and sit and soak for about 20 minutes.

At the very least, he says, you're sure to feel relaxed!

And who could be mad about that?
