Ingredients

  • 4 Italian hoagie rolls, split
  • Leftover sliced meats, such as salami, spicy ham, turkey, etc.
  • 1 pound ball of fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup leftover Marinara Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to broil.

On a sheet pan, open each roll and fill with sliced meat; top with marinara and cheese. Put the tray under the broiler to melt the cheese.
