Daily Menu:
Breakfast: Zucchini, Eggs and Salsa
Snack 1: Apple with Almond Butter, or Lara Bar
Lunch: Roasted Eggplant and Tomatoes with Quinoa Pasta
Snack 2: Protein Shake
Dinner: A Huge Salad with Chicken
Rule 1: Eat protein, fat and carbs every time you eat.
