If you've been bitten by the TikTok bug, you're not alone. We have also been spending way too long scrolling through videos on TikTok—and naturally a lot of them have to do with food. Everything from recipes to grocery shopping hauls, TikTok has it all—but some of our favorites have been the food videos that we come across that are oddly satisfying.
Whether they're people icing cookies, baking rolls or making pasta, we can't get enough and find ourselves watching these over and over and over again! So, if you're looking for TikTok videos that have an almost meditative nature, look no further.
Here are some of our favorite oddly satisfying TikTok videos we can't stop watching.
Cookie Decorating: Not only does this cookie turn out beautiful, but the satisfaction we feel at the end is unmatched. (We can't count how many times we've watched it through!)
Marble Cake Icing: There's just something about this icing pour and the way the colors are marbled together—we can't look away!
Tomato Toast: If you have TikTok, you probably have seen Emily Mariko. Even though all of her videos are super satisfying to watch, we're obsessed with this tomato toast recipe—and her spice drawer, OMG.
Tofu Slicing: We can't explain to you why we can't stop watching this man slicing up his tofu, but we can't. HOW are his knife skills so good?!
Cucumber Slicing: And since we couldn't get enough of the tofu slicing, naturally, we're just as obsessed with the cucumber slicing. We'll be cutting our cucumbers paper thin from now on.
This precision and speed—impressive.
Egg Cracking: The way this person is cracking eggs at lightning speed ... If we could have one next-level cooking skill, it would be that.
Cooking Egg: HOW is this egg SO thin, yet it doesn't rip when it's removed from the pan?! Is it just us, or does it look thinner than a crepe? Now, that is talent.
