Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • A few cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 fresh pimento pepper, chopped
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups provolone cheese
  • Fried Onions, for garnish
  • Toast points, for serving

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.
 
Heat some oil over high heat. Add the onion, garlic and pepper. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add the cheddar and provolone and mix to combine. Top with fried onions and place into the oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
